The organisation is very well run, with Abundance of support for employees, Whether you Work in the office or from home as staff you are fully supported by TM's Managers and HR , there is also a fun element to work with different competitions always on the go with Prizes to be won.

Cons

The nature of the business I am in (financial) can prove to be very intense at times. Customers having financial struggles or issues with there access to services, we are well informed and equipped to deal with them but some of the stories we hear are heart wrenching.
