      Highly empowering organization, globally diverse culture, gives you the latitude to experiment and learn new things, backs you when you makes mistakes, rewards and recognizes you for performance and values

      Cons

      More tolerant than it should be towards underperformance. Sometimes goes overboard to try and help struggling employees, gives an impression that one can get away despite underperformance. Work life balance is not easy here, but that is true for the entire industry and HGS is no exception.
