Working from home; HGS tries to accommodate all employees to have a work life balance; It is a family atmosphere; everyone wants everyone to succeed; Multi cultural - where else can you work from home and still travel the world?

Cons

Sometimes working from home you can feel disconnected from people. This can be solved by reaching out to others through the internal chat platform. There is always someone there.
