      Great people, decent salary, two work locations in El Paso, Texas. Professional environment and supportive senior and leadership staff.

      Cons

      It is an outsource vendor, therefore jobs and staffing are contingent upon the contracts the company procures. Job security is minimal.

      Decent schedules, people there are friendly

      Cons

      They cut your hours ALL THE TIME because they are constantly not getting enough call volume, the program's close every other month so don't even think about job security
