      Pros

      HGS is the best place to start your career specially if you are looking for quick growth. The work environment is awesome. All the work locations have nice state of art architecture. The managerial support is such that it instantly recognizes the talent within you and the encouragement to move up to the next level is something that few very companies can offer.

      Cons

      The work schedule sometimes becomes too hectic but it is only to push ourselves further to achieve our targets and meeting expectations.
