      Timely Salary, Leave policy is best Flexible schedule and less work pressure Management should sponsor for outings Also the manager helps you a lot in of situations

      Cons

      6 days working Apart from that everything is ok............. Recent days have been bit tough as they have stopped serving beverages

      Salary comes on time, decent facilities at work place, employee engagement activities is ok for some teams, regularly carries out activities as part of the CSR

      Cons

      Poor management, very primitive in approach and thought process, lacks good leadership at senior management, usual norm is that people have to streach for 12 hrs, hence no work life balance
