      not recommended to ppl with good %and talent

      Pros

      good salary as a fresher. but after that there will not be any increment even after 2 years,since its a BPO. you can spend good time by private outing with the team. time can be passed.

      Cons

      nothing will be proper. but still u have to pretend as if u are ok and cool.

      Pros

      Have worked with few of the best companies in the industry. Here are my observations regarding HGS Interactive: 1.) Good learning opportunities 2.) Good work-life balance 3.) Good in-house activities like weekly movie screenings for employee bonding which also works as a great stress buster.

      Cons

      1.) Job profile not clearly defined, which may pose an issue during appraisals. 2.) Fewer team outings

      Opportunity, But Not For Everyone

      Pros

      There is definitely room for growth in the management/leadership sector of this company, if you're willing to put in the work and take on the responsibilities. Plenty of different positions for someone just starting out, as well, so it's pretty easy to find an account you like.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, not much room for creativity, and the work environment is very sterile. Employee morale is often very low, and many feel under/unappreciated. If you're not interested in becoming management/leadership and climbing the corporate ladder that direction, not many other opportunities seem to open.
