You can judge your own strength. Interactions with Managers are very friendly. Low work pressure. Nice cafeteria. Flexibility in work. Lots of fun and activities time to time. Good team leadership.

Cons

Low salary. Less Hikes. Less scope for professionally growth. LATE PAYMENT OF BONUS AND INCENTIVES.
