      Pros

      the people in the company are very nice, to be honest. especially when it comes to the team leads and team mates. there is a strong sense of camaraderie that you won't find elsewhere.

      Cons

      considering the amount of stress you'll get, the pay is low but always on time. HR higher ups are total dipshits. hr is totally super strict when it comes to attendance, even for a bpo company. building facilities are almost non existent. there's no sleeping quarters. just a zen room full of reclining chairs.

      An Organization which has grown leaps and bounds, has perfect & better equipped HRIS tool, Everyone can learn and can give a good kick start to their career, even at lateral level.

      Cons

      An Ugly culture being followed, where people speak ill about others, have not seen a single person talk good about their colleagues, people live here with a single mantra to survive.
