      Pros

      Decent benefits, including 401k employer contribution and tuition reimbursement. Potential for travel and relocation to several north american/global sites possible.

      Cons

      Culture and responsibilities are wildly inconsistent from client to client, sometimes making it difficult to compare to other colleagues at your pay level. Turnover is rampant, but this is something inherent in the market also. Pay is hardly competitive at most levels. Can be demanding and high stress environment.
