      Close to home, First experience of Corporate World, Rotational Shifts.

      Cons

      Had a worst manager of life, Race oriented people, Very less salary, Bonded work for 2 years and additional one more year of bond if you luckily happen visit onsite, Very poor grooming of people on soft skills, freedom issues (u cant carry ur mobile to work desk, no IM facility to interact with colleagues etc etc). Wanna screw up your life, this is the option

      Decent schedules, people there are friendly

      Cons

      They cut your hours ALL THE TIME because they are constantly not getting enough call volume, the program's close every other month so don't even think about job security
