      Contract was opened without management in place. Having the contract open up and hiring from the bottom up created an unsettled culture. Turnover in the upper ranks created misinformation, policies not being followed or enforced which caused confusion.

      Easy role to get, easy role to leave.

      Pros

      *Very easy application, assessment centre and score criteria for the role. To the degree any one with a good grasp of English could get the role. *Good Career Progression options (but take note - NOT PAY) with new campaigns.

      Cons

      *Average Tenure is no more than a few months. *Pay is ridiculously low for the performance they expect. With new contracts, they have made it basically minimum wage. No paid breaks or sick days. *No incentive to do more than what is required. You are not rewarded for delivering above average performance. *If you don't meet stats, or preform, they can give during the extended six months probation just a weeks notice. *Extremely strict adherence roles, to the degree you have to ask permission to go to the lavatories. As someone who has a degree, this isn't something I'd ever expect. No dignity at all.
