*The facts here were based from my experience four years back with the particular account Some equipments were not working (work stations, Avaya, etc) Entry of food to the production floor is strictly prohibited Internet connection from the kiosks were soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow. Only FIVE minutes of personal break, and the division of breaks appear to be very short "Politics" among leaders and employee promotion Approval of vacation leaves takes a month or even longer than a month, you'll just be surprised that your leave was not granted and you have to move it to another date then the long processing follows again. Getting weekend-offs are very rare (performance-based) Some employees are not considerate in all aspects If you are a working student, they are not considerate whether if you have an exam or not even if you ask the SMs directly in a decent manner for a one-day leave, or worse, you'll be asked to choose between your work or your studies.
