      There is nothing at all, everything is horrible

      Cons

      Extremely uncultured management and the worst HR. Just keep working without any goals and get harassed by management. No system to check performance, no hike, promotion is based on who does personal favours to the manager- data is never considered for appraisal Zero ethics Management who have grown just because they have stayed with the company with zero knowledge or expertise in anything ( not surprised they didn't get through anywhere else)

      Pros

      For starters, it is good up to 6 months. MNC. So, on time you will get money which is sufficient for your basic monthly needs.

      Cons

      No good hike. No job satisfaction. Not having good cafeteria. Not having good cab facilities. No holidays. Due to rotational shifts, they will change your shift every week.
