Pros

Excellent opportunity to learn sales skills, co-workers were amazing and due to how often management left you alone, learning to self-motivate and multi-task were invaluable. Ample opportunity to learn new ways to de-escalate an angry client.

Cons

Real Sink-or-Swim type environment. Scheduling is based on scorecard. Management can be toxic and non-professional. Computer systems were unreliable at best of times, and server issues ensured a steady stream of back to back calls of angry clients who couldn't get through due to said systems earlier in the day.

Pros

Well it is a good company urn money lot in the ways of incentives . Rather than every thing is normal as other company's. There will be 3 to 4 months of training it will be more enjoyable . Giving benefits to employee is little bit low .

Cons

It will be 2 year s of work compulsory and 2 months of notice period need to serve. Apart from that i enjoyed every movement in that company.
