Pay is above min wage, honestly that's the only "pro" for this place. To many cons verse the actual pros

Cons

Work environment is horrible, they play favourite cards the the extreme obvious. They are disrespectful, they want to know to much personal information. They also share personal information around

Amazing culture - The leadership team really cares about their employees. Thinking about a career in customer service this is the place to try.

Cons

Customers can be difficult but the management team makes it easier to cope and manage. All kinds of opportunities to grow with the Company if you are interested.
