The only pro in this job are my colleagues that work on the phone. They are truly an amazing group of people that deserve the best.

To get salary on time is not a pros. I think there is nothing good to share about this company

No increaments, Delayed increaments, fake commitments of senior management, no system support. You need to struggle for your necessities like extn no. No internet access at all for employees. Too lang working hours. Compulsion on sharing of others' work. Favour to beautiful female employees. No place to valid reasons for your absentism. Pathetic people management
