      Pros

      Friendly people and management. This is what make people stay in the company even if the job is sometimes exhausting.

      Cons

      poor HR and benefits. This needs to be improve and I believe a good HR personnel that attends to troubled employees will make the company a better place to start a career. and when it comes to benefits as a tax payer I know our government sucks but please this is a private company hence you can control the way hardworking people would benefit well.
