Pros

Nothing to write home about.

Cons

Wouldn't work with the union to keep staff employment safe, will do what they can to get rid of experienced staff. Kept pushing more work onto staff without financial incentive. When senior staff left in droves demanded we train new staff when the training staff left.

Pros

Good training, not rushed, interactive. Easy job to get, they are hiring and are hiring 100s of people at a time Work from home (without the freedom)

Cons

The work from home ties you to one spot, you cannot move IP adresses or locations unless consulted prior. One violation of these leads to automatic termination. When I left, they implemented a new system for contacting managment that basically made it impossible. You were just on your own. I had customers on the phone for hours waiting for me to reach managment without any response at all from a supervisor. Not one. Poor pay, inconsistent hours, terrible client interractions, Vacation time is almost nothing and unpaid time off is never accepted ever. Interacting with HR is impossible.
