Pretty stereotypical call centre working experience

Able to work remotely anywhere in the UK, adequate training provided.

Cons

Often unrealistic targets, "team incentives" are for a very low amount. At one point we were promised a £30 Xmas bonus that we were later told was only for permanent contract employees who had been working there the whole year - our department only opened in October and we were all on short term contracts.
