>The pros would eventually turn into cons the longer you stay. >Unnecessary and excessive websites blocked. >The tasks being done by the department feasibly can be done at home or a WFH set up is a big possibility yet management does not trust the team and covers this with other stories. >Unreachable KPI's >Favoritism >Politics >the fear of losing your job because of the massive amount of redundancies happening >Role discrepancies - being treated as an agent when you're not >Lack of Growth/Career growth
