Some kind of job security Good company for P.U candidates and basic degree holders

Cons

- Manager and Leads gives pressure and torture everyday to everyone in this company to meet unrealistic and illogical deadlines - especially for claims processing. Never your will be motivated company for your good work. - Associates mobile incl whatsapp are highly used and recommended for all office related communications. - During HR connect feedback meetings : Leads pressures team and ensure their team doesn't give any kind of negative feedback. - Unskilled and unprofessional managers and leads - dont how to speak to their associate. Dont expect any kind of respect from them. - HR are completely unprofessional and never feedback/ replies for associates messages - Overall this company lacks professional ethics. - Leads just know micromanagement, nothing apart from it.
