1.Worthless Managers. 2.Less timelines. 3.No Work Life Balance, especially if you are married then be ready to give a divorce for your spouse 4.No Proper Management/Planning 5.No leaves 6.Daily Stretching Working as a maid is much better than working here. Note - This is particularly about the "** IT Department of Hyderabad location**". Other departments and locations are good. Especially Freshers if you want to have a better future, donor join here..

Learning is great "People's company not Process oriented" Good Colleagues

Cons

Partiality Haywire management, nothing is managed properly Newly hired managers/Senior managers, only interested in changing the things rather than identifying the gaps. ended up working 12-13 hours per day. Very bad pay/Hike No work life balance many more!
