Good people company, sure some teams suffer due to bad mgmt. Compansetion is good but not for employees who stick with the company. Only new comers are well paid.

People who are young and inexperienced are given positions they don't know how to do, don't have the intelligence to maintain and fake it till they make it over the experienced people who trained them or just know what they're doing. Positions not given to black people who know what they're doing.
