      Pros

      Its a solid company with good potential.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they dont value the knowledge and skills you bring to the table. You are hired for one thing and up doing something completely different. They move you from one department to another and don't take into account if you want to or not. You as an employee have no say!

      Pre acquisition it was amazing, post acquisition by HHA a different story

      Pros

      Pre acquisition it was amazing to work with friends who were coworkers and solve problems. We were trusted to solve problems, work independently and treated with kindness.

      Cons

      HHA acquired our company and squished any and all culture we had. They applied strict rules, did not allow us to solve problems independently any more and were not kind.

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are amazing, some not so much. I cant come up with any pros.

      Cons

      Constantly restructuring the org and letting great people go so they can save a buck. Laid off the entire support team and now asking ALL employees to step in and play support 3 hours a day and 2 hours during weekends. Everything is top down and people have no say. No respect to employees when on internal calls. Nothing is ever good enough, always requiring more outside your responsibility. Fear tactic is used to keep you going. Best advice is to look somewhere else because you will get PTSD.
