      Pros

      Some really great people I met along the way. I loved the work/mission to help improve homecare.

      Cons

      Whiplash. Leadership changes direction on a whim (even if it’s a project you’ve been working on for months) and expects you to follow without any questions. People are let go weekly, without warning, and it is never communicated out. The only way you find out is through the grapevine or trying to contact them and seeing that they’ve been let go. Management does not accept feedback. You give feedback or ask questions, you will be let go.

      Disorganized. Bad communication. Not fixing what's actually broken. Political.

      Cons

      Deals will always close due to the market fit for providers using the free service. Hopefully you're on the right side of these opportunities. Management does not even help. "Just sell more, Just make your dials. Just set more meetings. Just work until 5:30pm." You don't need motivational speeches every morning to save your mental health. They admire producers who close inbounds and working after hours and on weekends. Toxic!
