Pros

Honestly, there are so many Pro's, Id we'll be here for a while. But a few things I love are the avenues for higher learning this company helps with, the open-door policies, and the CARE funds that help so many families every year!

Cons

Like every company, a few opportunities I've noticed are things like the team members not using Salesforce app to boost their teams on a company scales. If most things don't get recognized, then they go overlooked.

We are a performance driven environment and may feel demanding at times. High expectations can create pressure in a fast paced setting. Communication between departments can sometimes improve.

Pros

A job where you feel you make a difference. Break in monotony of other positions. Educational opportunities. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Target goals, metrics, and overall focus of the day will change based on needs of the hospital. Your schedule will also change based on the needs of the hospital: therr are no real breaks in a 24 hour process.
