Pure chaos. Arbitrary punishments. Poor scheduling. Verbal abuse of employees.

Great training and good understanding of processes required to operate

Cons

The political nature of this company makes it almost impossible to focus on work and remain positive. There is a great deal of distrust between people and a substantial amount of dishonesty, obstruction, pandering and political coups. It is very disrupting to try and remain productive with that storm around.
