cleaning patient rooms, so they can a clean and safe experience in the hospital just being able to others

Cons

pay not good, the way that management treat the employees is terrible, demeaning just unfair.

they pay well, you have options to relocate and travel often. you can get promoted quickly. a good place to get training in the industry.

Cons

not a professional company, treats it's managers bad, as well as it's front line staff. not really a growing company due to loss of business. they keep knowledge from you as well as the client.

We try to be professional, treat our employees well, & increase their knowledge. We have doubled in size every 5 years for the last 20 years, & expect to increase growth during the next 20.

Training/on-boarding was professional, healthcare industry is always in demand, produce higher quality results when compared to competitors. Great management experience

Cons

no incentive bonus pay, long hours, difficult to advance. Company is growing but slowly. Still in the larger competitor's shadow. No internal job board. Long hours

Assistant Directors are not included in our bonus plan because they are in training to be Director. HHS is, in fact, growing rapidly & there is great opportunity for advancement. Our job openings are posted on the internal website.
