Pros
the pay is good and for most of the year plenty of overtime available. the benefits are decent.
Cons
some of the co-workers were immature and hard to get along with and the same with the foreman. some departments are easy to move to but it's a hard place to move up. unless you're a welder it's not really a place you can plan on building a career at.
