Great place to learn and grow. Huge organization with lots of paths to choose from. Lots of internships as well. Great benefits.

Cons

Highly departmentalized. Inability for teams to cross train into other areas.

pay and they usually help pay for school (not during dips in work)

they want you to live in constant fear of getting fired, ridiculously strict about menial issues but do not always handle larger issues properly, very judgmental employees
