2yIf you're interested, I encourage you to look into the benefits HII provides for continued education and skill development. Also, one of the biggest benefits of a large company are the range of opportunities one can explore without having to leave the company. Where one team many not have immediate opportunities available for growth at any given moment, many others always do. Might be worth checking them out.
