Two weeks off at Christmas!

Probably like any where else you go Before job openings for advancement are created, more often than not, a candidate has already been chosen for that position. It makes no difference that other candidates who apply are more qualified for the position. Raises- Highest -Typically go to buddies of the boss. Lowest - I’ve seen people get 0 and it wasn’t for doing a bad job. One person in particular worked very hard and was/is an outstanding employee, very knowledgeable. An excellent coworker! Just a BAD manager!

The people I work with are great and the work is pretty cool

Cons

Pay raises are poor and pay is inadequate, flexibility isn’t ideal for those with kids. Advancement opportunities are poor. Job titles don’t align with work your doing. Don’t do too much, it doesn’t pay off.
