Parking, micromanaging, inflexibility with schedule

7+ year Salaried personal (2025) make less annually than a 5 year hourly employee if you work OT. Premium pay on salary OT is less than the per hour rate on salaried pay. (EX: 21 year old with 3 years experience will make between $45-70 an hour on weekends, and a supervisor with 20 years experience will only make a straight $45 hour after 80 hours worked). Unrealistic expectations on low level management! Disorganized and inefficient material management processes. Too many redundant, time consuming, and excessive processes required to accomplish basic tasks. Company has worked themselves into a procedurally governed chokehold, but wonder why production is slow, time consuming, and costly!
