HII reviews

No cons for my current team, but the hiring process for me had a lot of issues. The lack of communication from HR was terrible. I was sent an offer letter for the position and was supposed to start within a couple weeks. I was emailed on Friday and was supposed to start on Monday. So obviously I left my other job by then. Long story short, 5 months later, I was finally started. I only received updates from HR when I reached out to them. At one point I wanted to see how long it would take for them to reach out to me…a month went by and nothing. So again, I had to reach out for an update. My savings was gone and part of my retirement. I was never offered any compensation and barely got an appropriate apology. I understand there were probably issues out of their control, but communication goes a long way. I was also told this position came with yearly bonuses, which is false.

Left leaning political views run the company, the union sucks & is worthless, they do not care about their employees, people running the company aren't very business smart. All the care about is their government bonuses & putting more money in their own pockets.
