      Pros

      No previous experience necessary. Pass a pre-test and you're in. Ok pay for the gulf coast area.

      Cons

      Parking and traffic are horrible. Hot hot hot. Welding machines are mostly old, broken and barely work. Hardly ever have tools needed to do the job (mirror holders, stingers, remotes, ect.). Lots of waisted efforts and an apparent lack of efficiency. Lots of theft by other employees. Constantly moved from shift to shift.
