      Pros

      Stability, benefits are good, requires minimal effort to succeed

      Cons

      Pay is terrible at NNS. Management is poor. No growth opportunities (in my experience, NNS does not value technical or problem solving abilities). If you are technical or want to do engineering work, do not work here.

      Pros

      Stable work (until contracts become shaky), decent pay, a lot of different career paths.

      Cons

      Politics are a huge pain in some areas so you need to really understand where you'll be working, position related pay info is very hard to come by, parking is an absolute nightmare if you don't work in a building with a parking garage.
