      Lack of engagement from employees. Many people feel as if they are owed something and to many lazy employees.

      Pros

      I was given the privilege to be apart of creating designs for this company that has resulted in the completion of the New Aircraft Carrier for the U.S. Navy. I felt tremendous pride, everyday, that I was contributing towards our U.S. Department Of Defense.

      There is not one negative thing that I have to say about working for this company.

      The company has great benefits packages. For most entry and mid level positions not to much overtime is required.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunity. Company is beginning to cut many high paying positions. Shipbuilding sector is struggling.
