Mid to Upper level management is inconsistent. Says one thing, does another. Benefits use to be better but have seen a reduction in quality. Facilities are aging and are maintained inconsistently. Parking is awful. Tools to do the job are inconsistent and mid to upper management doesn't invest in new tools well. Work life balance use to be better but they are going away from remote work. Upper management is poor at listening to lower management, mid management just wants to climb the ladder. Long term training opportunities aren't great. Takes a long time for HR to hire new people. Layoffs happen every 5 or so years and senior folks and lower management are frequently laid off so they can hire new at a lesser rate. Poor knowledge transfer of senior employees to junior. Supervisors required to give a specific number of poor performance evals regardless of actual performance.

Salary doesn't match work load. Cliques in HR can make your job stressful when you are not in the right group. Policies are held over people that the company doesn't like. Exceptions to the rules are made by the Cliques. The VP of HR has no personality and is undermining. Compensation department is manipulative. The VP of Talent controls a lot for an organization in terms of requisition posting and candidates. Not a long term company to stay with. The diversity appears on paper, but there is no inclusion.
