Pros

Working with HRsmart is a unique experience where you can live the true spirit of team work. And really feel the friendly and family environment, where all doors are open, and where your work can be recognized by everyone. I don't think I may feel home in any other company.

Cons

Maybe the downside of the company is it is still a midsize company that still in growing phase

Working at HRsmart is Professional, Flexible, skill boosting and never ending learning. A place where communication is key and works as the backbone of this company.

Cons

The company is growing at a rate that is way higher than the employment rate this will eventually lead to a stressful overhead work. Also the company does not have enough employee reward programs to keep the employees on their toes performance wise.
