My supervisor hired me believing I’m the best person for the job. As such, I’m allow to do my job the way I see fit (No Micromanaging)! Everyone here is always willing to share knowledge and give support where needed. I’ve been given the opportunity to advance in the organization over the years which has allowed me to grow professionally and provide a great life for my family. I can truly say I work for an organization that understands work/life balance and cares about my growth as a professional. If you have the motivation and drive for success you can find it here.

Cons

I believe the con is also a pro. The company is self funded. Which means at times we need to choose between initiatives that are equally important. At the same time, the company has no debt and is not tied down by any venture capitalist. This means we can make decisions and move quickly without outside interference. Make no mistake, this is a solid company with a healthy and loyal client base. It is very much on the rise and I’m here for the long haul!
