Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Interviewed with HUB for an open position. After two interviews, all communications ceased. E-mails went unanswered as to next steps or whether I was still a candidate. I consider that very rude and unprofessional. It does not take a lot of time to keep prospective candidates in the loop, especially after they have gone through two separate interviews. If this any indication of the culture at HUB, then folks should look elsewhere.

Pros

It was definitely a learning experience.

Cons

It made a very negative impact in my life. I will never forget the sleepless nights because of the office bullying(management). Everyone is over worked and under paid. You are almost forced to stay late nights and work on weekends because of the work load. It's too bad corporate couldn't do more to stop the bullying in the office. My emotional health went down hill because of the anxiety my boss gave me. Oh and forget about taking time off-you can't enjoy time off with your family when your manager is calling you every minute of the day.

Pros

I enjoyed the clients I worked for and many of the Producers at HUB.

Cons

Highly unorganized environment for such a large broker; little or no career development available; poor work environment marred by intensively negative office "politics", list of inefficiencies in client service facing workflows too great too list! Little to no appreciation for loyal employees that refrain from complaints over heavy workloads and backlogs.
