      Initial compensation was good for my position.

      Cons

      The team I worked with was horrible and threw everyone under the bus constantly. If someone made a mistake they let them go instead of allowing that person to work through any issues and find a common ground. Temps, Admins, Full-time associates, didn't matter. If you messed up or they didn't like you, you were gone. Technology was beyond out dated as almost everyone still worked on desktop computers! and the laptops were 10 years old easily. Office culture was terrible, very quiet and most people keep to themselves and seem like they can't wait to get out of there.

      Pros

      Good coffee, modern, clean, some fun employees. That's about it. So, if you want, go work for mcdonalds...at least it will enhance your career further than this place.

      Cons

      Heed the warning, if I can spare anyone the misery of working here, I will have done my job! Looking for a reference if you are forced or even decide to leave...YOU'RE NOT GETTING ONE! This place is a waste of your time. I am not some bitter, old uneducated redneck with a personality disorder. I am simply trying to help anyone who is thinking of working for this hi tech insurance hole make a smart decision and go work for someone else...even if you're desperate!!!

      At this time I really can not say anything good about the company. If I had to say something good it would have to be the location at is right by the subway and heart of downtown.

      Cons

      The following compnay is a joke to work for. Every month we have people leaving to find employment elsewhere as they are mis treated. I have been witht he company for 7 years, and for the past 5 years I haven't recieved a raise or bonus. Hub HKMB states there is no money for raise yet they can afford a $1million plus renovations, aquiring new companies to merge and hiring high pay positions. Not to mention wasting money on items around the office like dual screens at every desk. Not to mention salaries for the entry level positions is not worth the hassle.
