Inconsistent, leadership has no idea what is going on within the company. Over promise for growth opportunity. Preach grow from within but positions stay stagnant. Lack of care for employees. Overpay and over hire and then dump off employees

Just really poor management throughout. You're provided little to no training, being partnered with a fellow teammate who also doesn't know what they're doing. Also provided outdated information packets of how to perform my duties. Department leaders have no experience and require random task/projects that aren't necessary or relevant. CEO has no idea what is going on with the teams on the ground, although he is a very nice guy. Pay is low for the amount of work they expect. I have held this position at other companies, it requires a team. Even though I was achieving overall goals taking on extra work from my team and management, randomly management decides they dont like you POOF, you get a call/email of termination. I am not the first one to leave this way there is a very evident chain in this department. HR is not your friend here, do not seek help, it will make whatever situation you're in worse.
