- Great pay for a startup environment - base pay/equity packages - Culture-focused and values-driven tone at the top. Employees have a voice and are heard if they have feedback or suggestions for improvement. - Socially responsible organization that cares about the community (Fighting Hunger, chef empowerment, etc.). - High performers can accelerate quickly - your ability to "own" your role and add value is noticed and rewarded. Employees feel empowered. - Amazing food in the office - lunch multiple times per week.

Issues with pay. Paycheck was regularly short/incorrect and was repeatedly assured that the situation would be remedied with little to no results.
