Pros

The company provides lots of support to execute the vision and overall goals. Great communication between the owners and the employees. Lots of perks that make you feel appreciated. Inspiring experience and knowledge from upper management. A solid company what an out of the box feel and a dynamic approach to business.

Cons

Overseas sample management could be improved.

Pros

The holiday party. Oh wait, it’s on a Tuesday or Wednesday so no one can truly enjoy themselves, so nevermind! Absolutely no pros.

Cons

If I could change one thing in my life, it would be working at Haddad Brands. Coming straight out of college and it being your first job, you truly have no idea how warped working there is. The delusion and greed of the family should be studied-the workload and how they treat their employees is inhumane and honestly disgusting. A crash course is the hours are 8:30-5:30-giving them an extra hour of your life for absolutely no reason. You’re looked down upon if you take a break or step out, even just for a minute. You sit in a jail cell, with no windows, for 9 hours a day-elbow to elbow with the person next to you-and cameras watching and tracking your every move. The Haddads actively work to fire people (don’t be mistaken I wasn’t one of those people-getting a new job was probably one of the best days of my life)-who they consider to be ‘C Class Players’ which is anyone who doesn’t dedicate blood, sweat, tears and overtime to them. All you do is make them money but when it comes time for raises, promotions, benefits etc., they can’t put their money where their mouth is. The work is genuinely not even close to manageable-no matter how hard you work-and everything is under a microscope and scrutiny. The work from home days that have now dwindled into basically zero is laughable and there is no work life balance whatsoever. Just know that if you work at Haddad, you will be worked like a dog-no ifs, ands or buts.

Not the best

Pros

Really enjoyed connecting with people in the company some were so kind and you can make a real connection. They will play you OT but they are questionable about it.

Cons

Not a hybrid role. Made the WFH option as once a month when signing on was told it would be twice. Management needs lots of help. There’s no urgency to help you set actual goals and to help you grow. Turn over rate so high that each week there’s at least 3 new hires and they are very quick to let people go. Limited help within teams that makes everyone feel like they’re doing the job of 2 people. You’re doing so much work that you are so tired.
