Pros

If you are fresh out of college you will be surrounded by others your age which is great for making you feel welcome.

Cons

Everyone is so young because the turn over rate is so high. Once you develop some experience you realize just how little they offer and that they simply take advantage of the inexperience of new grads.

Pros

Great health insurance and genuinely good colleagues make the day-to-day enjoyable. For fresh grads and interns, it’s a solid place to build foundational experience.

Cons

WFH is only permitted twice a month and requires 1+ week advance notice, which makes handling personal obligations (ie job interviews / exiting) difficult. There’s also a strict clock-in/clock-out culture that feels at odds with the nature of the work. Benefits beyond health insurance are thin; a 10% Grubhub discount doesn’t go far. “Summer Fridays” means a reduced lunch break all week long, only to leave at 3pm on Friday. The bigger concern, though, is the culture around HR and upper management. Many employees seem anxious, which says something about the overall environment.
