The culture is supportive while at the same time gives you the freedom to use entrepreneurial drive to learn and grow. Promotion is given when one deserves...Haddad does not spoon feed development, but rather supports and trains for the development of everyone. Haddad is a family, and working at a family company provides a special culture that only one experiences can understand. I recommend working here...you will not regret this experience.
