      Pros

      Great place to gain experience and insight into the worlds best brands. Nike,Jordan,Levis and Converse! Owners take a hands on approach to most projects allowing employees to have more exposure to the decision makers! Excellent place to gain expertise in the fashion industry. If you work hard you will be rewarded. Almost all senior level employees have been promoted from with in. Great place to start a career, gain industry knowledge and build a great portfolio.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment, demanding deadlines. If you are not willing to put the work in this is not the place for you. While the amount of work can sometimes be demanding it has allowed me to grow a excellent portfolio and skill set over the past few years.

      Casual environment, friendships to make with cool coworkers

      Cons

      Very low pay, and how would someone expect to survive in NYC on that salary! Horrible benefits, long unpaid hours are expected or looked bad upon on, unless you are manager's favorite. Company is very chip. Poor communication and direction from management. Cut throat and back stubbing. Would not recommend trusting anyone there! Wasted a lot of paper on printing useless reports and photos of merchandise, that were thrown away. Systems were old and not user friendly. No good training. Will easily fire you with no explanation.

      Pros

      Great place to start your career at. Challenging projects and advancement potential. Lots of professional development opportunities. Ability to see inner workings of some of the world's most amazing apparel brands. Great for your resume! I’ve been with the company for quite some time and there is a constant opportunity to learn about new clients and different project types at all the time. Competent and respecting management is very dedicated to moving the company in the right direction. Working environment is very diverse, cooperating and friendly.

      Cons

      In order to see rewards, you have to work hard. Sometimes this means extra hours. You need to push for your advancement in compensation or career, but if you willing to work hard you will get there!
