Pros

Great work environment, stimulating responsibility mix of customer interaction and tasking.

Cons

Pay raises for hourly employees seemed to generally be very minuscule. The key holder position was a lot of added responsibility for a very slight pay increase. Management sometimes seemed under-qualified.

Pros

People care about you beyond a formal professional level. Pay is decent and benefits are great. The product is great.

Cons

Never enough time or resources to get everything done. A little slow to change. Not exactly perfect communication or understanding from corporate to field level.
